Withdraw from a gift card here
Bought a gift card and changed your mind? If the code is still unused, you can withdraw within 14 days and get your money back. You do not need to give a reason, and we email you a confirmation of receipt as soon as you confirm.
Why only gift cards
A gift card is the one thing in our shop that is not consumed the moment you buy it. The code sits there holding its value until someone spends it, so withdrawing costs nobody anything.
Everything else — packs, kits, boosts, dinos, subscription perks — reaches your character within minutes and is used, spent or traded straight away. Delivery starting is what ends the withdrawal right, and we cannot take an item back out of another player's base.
Something went wrong with a purchase? This is not the page
If a purchase never arrived, or does not do what the shop said it does, that is not a withdrawal — and you do not need the 14 days for it. You are entitled to delivery, a fix, a price reduction or your money back, whenever it happened. See Terms of Sale, Article 3.
