Arkasa Server - Community Guidelines
Effective Date: August 26, 2026 Version: 1.1
Welcome to Arkasa! These guidelines ensure a fun and fair experience for everyone.
Behavioral Rules
Respect Others
- No discrimination, hate speech, or harassment based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or sexual orientation
- No personal attacks, threats, or intimidation
- Keep discussions constructive and respectful
Fair Play
- No cheats, hacks, exploits, or third-party software that provides unfair advantages
- No bug abuse - report bugs to the team via Discord
- No Real Money Trading (RMT). Selling accounts, dinosaurs, items, or services (like boss runs) for real-world currency is strictly prohibited.
About in-game items: playing here does not give you ownership of anything, and nothing in the game can be cashed out for real money. What you get is a limited right to use items, creatures and structures inside the cluster, for as long as your account and the cluster exist. The game and its assets belong to Studio Wildcard, not to us.
Evidence: when you report someone, send video or screenshots where you reasonably can — it makes a decision far quicker. It is not a condition. We can also look at server logs ourselves, and for threats, harassment or anything involving your safety we always look, evidence or not.
Content Restrictions
- No NSFW, gore, or shocking content
- No spam, advertising, or phishing links
- No sharing personal information of others (doxxing)
- No impersonation of staff or other players
Communication
- Use appropriate channels for support, bugs, and suggestions
- English is the primary language in global chat
- Keep voice chat civil and respectful
ARK-Specific Rules
- No meshing, undermapping, or exploiting map glitches
- No blocking spawn points, obelisks, or artifact caves
- Respect building zones and claim rules
- No foundation/pillar spam to claim excessive territory
- Read and follow all rules on your cluster's Server Rules page: Arkasa Rules | Omega Rules
Temporary event rules may override standard rules and will be announced in advance.
Enforcement
Breaking these rules leads to a warning, a mute, a temporary ban or a permanent ban, depending on what happened and how often. Cheating, meshing, doxxing, real-life threats and attacks on the server skip the warnings.
The full ladder is in the Terms of Service, Section 12. It is written out there and only there, so the two documents cannot drift apart and leave you reading the wrong one.
Moderation decisions are taken by the Arkasa staff and take context and intent into account.
Appeals
Disagree with a decision? Submit an appeal:
- Discord: https://discord.gg/arkasa (open a ticket)
- Email: arkasaserver@gmail.com
Appeals are reviewed within 7 days. Decisions by senior staff are final within Arkasa's internal appeal process — they close the internal procedure, and nothing more. They do not affect your right to take a matter further. See Terms of Service, Section 6.
Legal Documents
By playing on Arkasa you accept these Guidelines and the Terms of Service. Those two govern how you use the Server, and using it is how you agree to them.
Only if you buy something do the Terms of Sale apply. Those you accept at checkout, not by playing — a sales contract needs an actual agreement, not a presence on a server.
The Privacy Policy is not something you agree to. It explains what we do with your data and what you can demand from us.
